Core Business Circle

As you can see from this diagram the Core Business illustrates the companies who would supply your company, the companies that would distribute your product or service as well as companies that contribute towards your product/services.

Extended Enterprise Circle

This area illustrates those companies that can impact on your company.  For example, the companies that supply your suppliers or companies that product a complementary product or service, your direct customer markets as well as their customers.

Business Ecosystem Circle

This circle contains those organisations that have a significant impact on how your business operates.  For example, Government regulations will dictate the taxes you pay, the basic rules of employee engagement and how you register your company, to name but a few of the regulations businesses need to adhere to.  Trade Organisations can provide information for business linkages and if you operate in an industry sector dominated by Trade Unions, then they would need to be present in this circle.
